Mindful Movement involves being outdoors and applying mindfulness techniques to help increase positive feelings, instill curiosity and hope, and encourage a positive relationship with exercise.
Mindful Connection: Friendship Maintenance & Repair
“Mindful Connections” are sessions with a friend or family member with whom you would like to connect more deeply. Perhaps there has been a hurtful miscommunication, or a mis-step you find difficult to navigate. These sessions encourage you to develop your skills of compassion, communication and acceptance together. Mindful Connection is typically set up for three sessions: Up to three people maximum in each group. E-workbook included with six-session program, $25 per print version. $350 per group, GST additional.
Mindfulness Group Training.
Join us in group Mindfulness sessions to find new ways to cope with stress, anxiety, chronic pain, or anger, as well as to develop compassion for yourself and others! We work in a group format, usually eight weeks in a row. Mindfulness Group Training: An evidence based program that involves an educational section, guided meditations and discussion. The sessions are approximately 75-90 minutes, and there are 8 sessions. $195 per person, GST additional. Class runs with a minimum of 5 participants, please join the waiting list if you’d like to attend.
