My approach to counselling is flexible, client centred, and strengths-based. This means I will work with you to help you find your resilience and realize your personal strengths. We will work together from this foundation to help you discover and resolve the areas of your life you want to change. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a master's degree in conflict analysis and management, as well as extensive master's level education in counselling psychology. I focus on working in the areas of trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, stress. My office is in Duncan, BC, and I also offer secure video sessions via Zoom for Healthcare, and Walk and Talk sessions if you’d like to take your conversations outdoors!
